The Cloud Atlas is not just a drink; it is a three-tier vertical journey designed for those who believe that texture is just as important as taste. It is the architectural peak of our espresso menu—a slow-motion collision of temperature and density.


The Triple-Tier Engineering

We don’t stir. We gravity-pour. Every Cloud Atlas is built with precision timing to ensure the layers remain distinct until the very first sip.

  • The Base (The Warmth): A deep reservoir of silky, micro-foamed whole milk, naturally sweet and steamed to a gentle 65°C.

  • The Core (The Storm): A “marked” shot of our signature Highland Gold espresso. We pour it slowly through the foam, where it suspends itself in the center, creating a dark, caffeinated nebula between the milk and the froth.

  • The Crown (The Cloud): A thick, airy mantle of dry foam, stiff enough to hold a dusting of cinnamon bark or crushed cocoa nibs without sinking.
